I have a Signet 340 bought 2018. Despite being covered, it got some corrosion on the lid. I checked warranty, and it was 'lifetime' on that, so I contacted Broil King. They were polite, helped with the 'application' and provided a new lid within days, and even emailed easy replacement advice, Result!

Dumped on the doorstep on a rainy day despite having a very visible covered area at a side door

Although I placed two small orders, delivery was fast, and customer service Excellent.

Scammers. As soon as I received the shoes I had ordered, I wanted to return them as they were terrible quality. I sent them back via Post Office with proof of posting, and used the Return address on their parcel. I emailed PearlFeet to say they were returned, and asked for the refund. They THEN told me to return them to China, even though they were at their London address. After many emails and proof of postage, they just kept saying ‘return to China.’
Terrible customer response, and No attempt to help.

We had a need to use the Warrenty after a case cracked near the wheel, and I expected some argument from the company. After one email saying it was an airline issue, and after my request for a rethink, the company efficiently and politely exchanged the case.
Unfortunately is wasnt like-for-like, but substitute was OK.

Overall- good customer service
