I am unsure who works in the customer service department but I had no response. Managed to get a refund from PayPal.

MONEY WASTED...avoid
Be very careful when paying a one off fee as this subscribes you to a monthly fee of £24 . I asked for help as with my site password as it didnt didnt work....no reply.No one answered my antique query as they said they couldnt find anything so would pass to someone else ! No one came back to me within the 7 day period..... To be honest you may aswell look up porcelain marks on the internet for what use this site is. Waste of £5 which i could do with in my account not theirs.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Shocking Customer Service....Would not recommend anyone use this company to buy anything.
My order took over 2 weeks to arrive. You have to pay to return the items and then after returning the items the only way I could get a refund having waited for 3 weeks was by going through PayPal .
How they are allowed to operate is beyond me.
BE WARNED AVOID THIS COMPANY
