Dawn was absolutely brilliant. We had an idea of where we wanted to go but nothing specific. So she was very patient with us giving us a number of options and from this we were able to book our holiday.

We’ve been looking for an extended family holiday (3 generations) which had lots of factors to consider and so we were struggling to get something to suit us all.
Lilly at Hayes Travel in Leigh was absolutely brilliant and helpful in making sure we found exactly what we were after. Nothing was too much trouble for her and throughout all the time we dealt with her she was a delight to deal with. Thank you.

She provided holiday option details within a few hours of our initial enquiry.
And then we changed our mind to a cruise she was straight on it to get us a really good deal. Her follow up service was just as good too.

Tried to clear a relatives house on our own but very difficult due to Covid, working and being 100 miles away.
Chose Abacus through good Trustpilot reviews.
From my first contact with Emma we knew we had made the right choice. She was just so efficient but very personable with it.
We also found the instruction form easy to use and updated it as things became clearer through the process.
The work was completed on the day and without our being there which was a great help. Dave the team leader kept me informed on progress too.
