Constant communication with concierge about the process. First time buyer at Bezel , was nervous about scams . Payment could not be processed with my CC due to some fraud alert. Concierge contacted me and wire transfer the amount, guided me through the entire process and made me fell safe.

Its been almost a month after my payment and still have not received my documents.
