My camera was faulty so I handed it in…

My camera was faulty so I handed it in to the Hove store. They couldn’t give me a replacement and said with in 7 days you can come and collect a replacement. It’s been 10 days and nothing. I call up and get passed around no one helps me and I’m so frustrated.i have a holiday to go to on Saturday I need it back for that but no one is helping me and my god such bad customer service. I can see the camera online so why haven’t they ordered one in already.

Got a few items from Vinted and Yodel was the cheapest option. Clearly the reason they are so cheap they don’t bother to knock on my door and send my deliveries to the post office. I’m never using this company again.

Did a £30 shop to try some syrups in my coffee and ordered on 26th July and they don't send you a email of any of the delivery details. Had to chase them yesterday and was told Royal Mail has lost my delivery so now waiting again for my shop. They need to give you a tracking code and when you will get it as I'm just left unhappy waiting another god knows how long for it to actually arrive. Update 11/08 and I emailed and they have said they haven’t even shipped my delivery 5 days and I’m still waiting. Why is this company so bad! Given up with this company and asked for a refund. Don't use this company.

Saw they were giving away free boxers…

Saw they were giving away free boxers so I filled out the form but they ended up charging me £9.99 a month later. The boxers are not great and to be charged that out of no where. Cost of living is happening and now that's taken out my food shop which isn't great.

You can end the free trial in the last 7 days. The trial period is 14 days, 7 of those are shipping days.
The other 7 days are to test your boxer shorts. Cancel in that period is easily done via your account.
After that, we have a month's notice.
