Susan from the branch in Esher (County Kitchens) was recommended by a friend. She was really helpful with suggestions but also very realistic at giving us solutions to suit our budget. She came up with lots of ideas and showed us photos so we could get a real understanding. Looking back now at the designs she produced for us is like looking at a picture of our new kitchen. Amazingly accurate. She paid a lot of attention to detail and even picked up a problem with our architect's plans which the builder then had to work around.
The installation went very smoothly and the company were very happy to come back to make minor changes after the floor had later been installed. I received phonecalls and visits during and post installation to ensure that we were happy with how things were going.
