Delivery was days earlier than expected which I was very pleased about. Delivery drivers George and John were very friendly and helpful. Not yet opened the products to comment on those.

I've recently ordered hoodies and joggers from Boxraw and previously have some of their gym sports bra and leggings sets and I can honestly say the quality of the fabric and products is excellent. Gym wear still going strong and no signs of looking old and worn after 1year+ of wearing and washing weekly. The customer service is always very responsive and helpful. Their AI bot responses to email queries is spot on giving instant replies and my query was dealt with faster than any other company I've ever had to deal with. I would highly recommend Boxraw

Good at sending out phone pack, updating you with receiving phone then when it's been assessed and then when the amount has been accepted. Not so good at making payment. I had to chase for 3 days on the phone after waiting 5 working days as advised. Finally payment received but be prepared to wait to get through on the phone and chase to get answers.
