Do not use. Their customer service is awful. They don't return calls. Don't answer emails. They just won't reply to simple queries.

Your negative review has caused great concern. We have not received any email or message from you since 17th September when we requested a copy of your Power of Attorney.
Our records reflect that we have not received any response or paperwork from you, and we are unable to deal with any issues for you going forward without this specific document.
We take data protection very seriously and would not put our Landlords at risk by providing information to 3rd parties without the proper authorisation.
However, with that said, we are always looking for ways to better our service, and your feedback is an invaluable part of that process. Please let us know when you left a message and/or emailed and we will investigate this matter further.
In the meantime, If you would like to send a copy of your authority to act, we will be able to handle any queries you may have.
Hopefully, when you have had chance to return this documentation, you will revisit our Trustpilot page to update your review.
