Where is my bag…useless customer service!
I ordered a Chloe bag (8108020) for my holiday & was told via email it would arrive by 16th May, it has not arrived and neither has the delivery carrier details changed. I have emailed and contacted printemps but had NO response. This is a lot of money and if I do not receive bag by Tuesday 23rd May, I will be asking for full refund as bag no longer required. Not a professional service provided.

Delivery took 2 weeks and wrong colour…
Delivery took 2 weeks and wrong colour of wallpaper was sent, however when I phoned to say I needed the correct one ASAP they did send it via 24hrs delivery and collected incorrect paper. Just unnecessary hassle & delay but efficiently sorted out problem.
