I can recommend this Pass !! Good experience

I admit i was apprehensive reading comments here about not getting into the lounge at all. On my first experience in Heathrow last week - the lodge was full and i could not get in. BUT ..... - and i dont think the pass information makes this clear - you can log into a waiting list and the lounge recalls you when they have a space. I got recalled after just a 15 minute wait. Once in it a was a good experience. I cannot see in the information what it costs to actually make a booking - Can PP reply here please.

What a ridiculously long winded, jobsworthy application procedure to open a savings account for an existing customer. No wonder the bank is always on the rocks. Hurry up Coventry and bring some sanity to these procedures

Dont use Avast for a paid service

I wrote a recent review about great difficulty in cancelling an Auto Charge. The difficulty continues. Avast answered here on Trustpilot but like many companies with poor customer service they could not be bothered ringing me directly and getting it sorted out. They asked me for details, again on this site for information that they already hold - telephone number - ticket number etc. I say again BEWARE opting for a paid service Tickets 22626945 22596327

Promised Cancellation of Auto Charge DIFFICULT

The anti virus is very good BUT - i opted for a trial paid programme - realised i got the wrong one and now i am finding very difficult to cancel the trial and so the auto charge. 2 requests not answered BEWARE

Grim Customer Service

The Customer Service USED to be OK but recently it's grim. I raised a simple but serious complaint 31 October - Its now well into December without it being investigated. Hargreaves complaints guidelines note that they aim to respond within 5 working days. I am a Hargreaves shareholder - have a substantial sum on their platform and have been with them since 2014. None of this matters to them. Someone higher up the chain that the Senior Client Services Manager needs to get to grip with customer service 402597

The customer service is grim

The customer service is grim - they seem to be stuck in a 1980 time warp not the 2020s. I asked a simple 6 word question on one of their products - 5 December - 6 days now without an answer. Makes me wonder how they sell anything Some body higher up the chain needs to read those 1 star reviews and get to grip with Customer Services

I received a reply to my query within 2 business hours and unlike most Companies, Michelle read all of my email not just the first para and ignoring the rest. This is unfortunately how most Customer Services operate nowadays. I sent a second request for more information and same high level of service again. Brilliant. Poor telephone system for quotes

Very poor telephone system - it rang off the hook yesterday (no auto answer) Left a message at 9.45 for a callback. It never came. Sent a reminder at end of day - finally got a call back at 9.15 this morning from someone who didn't sound at all interested. Took my business elsewhere. The Company needs to get into the 2020s

I have sent a copy of the County Court Summons to your Customer Services
The responsibility for delivery does not simply pass to your delivery agent as you state. The responsibility remains yours
It will be up to the Court Judge to decide if my claim for compensation is valid and fair

Dodgy Company

As a number of Reviewers have noted this is a Dodgy Company. I ordered a phone and after completing the 'purchase' by credit card they told me next day my order was on hold until i sent ID. That was strange enough. I cancelled the order same day. I see today they have taken my payment. Don't Use Them. I got a better deal on Ebay Order 000082455
