Up until now (move out inspection done, but haven’t received my money yet as it takes some time from my old landlord‘s side), everything worked fine. The communication via email was fast, professional, and friendly. The work was conducted perfectly with only one minor painting mistake, that will be corrected, and even my landlord (Balder) was very satisfied.
Definitely saved us some of the move-out hassle and stress so far!

I ordered our BASECAMP XL SMALL OPEN END sofa in Nordiv velvet dark green beginning of December. As we were only moving into our new apartment in January, I made a note that it should be delivered then.
On December 22nd, I got a text message saying that the sofa will be delivered the next day. I called the customer service team to check why it was already being delivered. Seems like there was a small communication mistake internally, but the two people I spoke to were very nice and helpful, and assured me that they will coordinate with the logistics team to make sure the sofa is only delivered in January.
Everything worked out then, and I got the sofa in the scheduled week. It was my first, newly bought sofa, and I love it! I ordered colour samples beforehand to make sure I like the colour, and it turned out exactly like I had imagined. The sofa is very easy to assemble (as I only had to put the two modules together), and one of the most comfortable sofas I've ever been sitting on. It's the perfect mix between stylish and comfortable. And, what has been very important to me, it is also sustainably made.
In other words, I can only recommend MAKE nordic (from the products, to their customer services and the company philosophy)! :-)
