Despite having a great deal of information in English, important areas such as checking out and such like are only in German. All correspondence is also only in German. It was unclear why seats were not reserved and is proving difficult to get assistance with this

Offers very low compared to others, then reduced unreasonably after sending watch and high commission. On the plus side, quick and polite responses throughout.

This was our first time using JustPark ... so it did feel a bit strange parking on someone's driveway when you've never communicated with them directly. However, it was simple to book & a great way to save money on unnecessary parking charges. We were a bit late getting back so responded to what we assume was a standard JustPark message telling us we needed to extend our booking, but it was nice to then get a personal message from the house owner telling us not to extend any more if we were late, which added a nice personal touch. Highly recommended this driveway.

Easy to apply, simple questions in plain English, cover easily explained. Not used them for a claim yet, so can't comment on that score. Price was much better than most other options

Very good for easy cashback on goods one would purchase regularly. Only 2 reasons it doesn't get 5 stars - issues can take a long time to resolve and a helpful feature highlighting new & removed cashback providers could be offered.

Generally very good. Occasionally things do not track and that can be difficult, but on the whole, a very good experience

Only a couple of niggles, so will get them out of the way first. Firstly, the screws are of awful quality (several were bent out of shape and had flattened threads on delivery) - I wanted to get building whilst the sun shone so I just nipped to Wilkinson for some. Secondly, the instructions could do with a few words to help, especially when there are some pieces with very subtle differences, or look like they could go either way up but have a very small ledge that must be at the top or bottom (the picture isn't always clear).
All that said, I built the hutch alone with just a scredriver in about 3 hours (occasional break to keep a 7 year old girl amused) and the run in about an 90 minutes, so can't be that bad!
Quality seems very good - the wood is excellent, the wire on the run was a little rough in places but could be relatively easily sorted. The roof felt also needed to be reattached.
Not enough to make me go back asking for anything to be done - all relatively easy to sort out at home, just a tad irritating when you've spent a little more than at most competitors. Hopefully it will be solid for many years to come.
Would I recommend? Overall, yes.

Quidco offers great rates of cashback and over time you can rack up quite a saving. The only reasons I don't give 5 stars:

1. They regularly "forget your password yet you cannot reset to a previous one (including your current one). Very annoying once you are on your 8th & struggling to remember it.

2. When there is a dispute with a retailer, you have very little comeback. They do investigate briefly but if the retainer says "go away" you cannot challenge

Overall though, I'll keep using them. Over £2,000 banked since joining can't be bad.
