Really good service! Highly recommended

Really good service. I sold my camera and a couple of lenses. They even upgraded my quotation as I listed a different version of my lenses. It’s was very nice from them as I had no idea about the mistake.
Money came quickly the same say they received the packet.
Also the pick-up was super smooth with DPD.

Unacceptable service (UPDATED)

UPDATE
I finally got a call from someone at Jessop regarding my issue. They apologize far everything explaining what went wrong and they also gave me a compensation. I really appreciated the phone call I received and the apologies.

Still not a good service but they kind of fix it.

I've possibility received the worse customer service ever in my life. I've been promised and guaranteed 100% to receive the camera I ordered before going in holiday (a week before) and it never happened. The first order was put on "hold" with no reason (they couldn't tell me why) and I had to reapply for the finance and pay AGAIN the deposit of £200. I constantly called the customer service asking about the item, telling them was a very important trip for me and my girlfriend and they told me multiple times the camera would have arrived in time. Every manager was apparently away or too busy to talk with me.

The camera arrived way after I was already gone.

I sent many emails complaining without getting nothing back. I'm still waiting for a call from a manager which probably will never happen.

I'm pretty sure someone will answer this review saying that they are very sorry and that I should write an email with my order reference number.
Dear Jessops you can avoid the answer here and go to read all the emails I wrote you instead.
