I recently visited your London Stratford branch and was left quite disappointed with the experience. After waiting for a considerable amount of time to be served, I was informed that the branch’s computer systems had gone down. Unfortunately, no one had communicated this issue earlier, so customers were left waiting unnecessarily.
I completely understand that technical issues can happen, but clearer communication and better management of customer expectations would have made a big difference. A simple update or notice upon arrival could have saved everyone time and frustration.
I hope you can improve communication procedures in future to avoid similar experiences for other customers.
