Item I ordered never arrived and still hasn't arrived and still awaiting a responce for a refund weeks later.
Cheap won't mean cheerful when shopping with Wish

An absolute terrible service and don't…

An absolute terrible service and don't expect any customer service as its practically no existant.
Movie previews look all perfect and high quality. When you eventually do buy a movie in my case its nothing but buffering and quality issues and I've top of the range broadband and amazon and Netflix work perfect.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE

Have Not Recieved The Full Product Which I Have Paid For (Refund Request Being Ignored)

For anybody wishing to purchase Filmora Pro from Wondershare id advise to stay clear , Very little Info on the use of the product for anyone wishing to start using it , i would have thought being a new product they would have some sort of demonstartion videos like Filmora 9 . The customer support has been disastrous .Still no resolve or refund ,,and a lot of time wasting .
I purchased Filmora Pro on Friday 04th January .I use Filmora 9 which i do find good and i subscribe to their effects bundle .
As i said it is good but limited and i wanted to to be able to dwell more into video editing as i am a DJ/Producer and want to use video in my personal promotion .
Since Friday of last week i have yet to receive a full working version of Fimora Pro .
On every attempt and re- installation the product still shows up as a free version with a watermark even thou i have paid for the full product .
When i finally get in touch with customer care which takes two days ,, they keep reassuring my the product should work now ,or oh its a system fault on our end , .
Ive been back and fourth 3 times and STILL the product shows up on my Wondershare ID i have paid for the full product yet the software i have is STILL IN FREE VERSION and i have checked i have downloaded the right software .
My requests for a full refund have been ignored as i do not want the product anymore and have yet to get any resolve .I have reported the issue to PayPal as well as i used PayPay as a method of purchase .
My advise is do not buy this product and dont expect a good customer care service .
My only regret is i should have read reviews on Wondershares customer care history before buying this product .
Im not a happy camper with this company ,,stay away folks

Wondershare software offers a free trial version for filmora, so customers can 'test-drive' before deciding to purchase. These trial versions have no functional limitation, only a watermark appearing on the finished media or a use limit. All these help customers make an informed purchase decision and avoid buying the wrong product for their needs.
