The item was delivered in good condition. Got it at a discount. Good buy indeed. The tracking system can be improved though.

Let me share my experience. When the Blender arrived I kept it for almost 2 weeks before using it. To my horror, when I opened the main pakaging, the base of the jar was cracked. I immediately sent an email to customer service and was pleasantly surprised that Blendjet would send me a replacement through DHL(even after more than a month after receiving the item). A special shout out to Amber! Thank you for your fast follow up and understanding.

The Blendjet is beautifully made. Nice strong material and a cutting edge blade! It will blend any thing! Totally satisfied with the purchase! 👍 👍

Very prompt delivery and very well packaged and handled. Would like to see cheaper shipping changes though. Framed item should come with mounting attachment at the back for easy hanging and display.

Delivery was excellent! As usual DHL never fails. The items were well packed and delivery very prompt. However, I would like to see the framed items to be better ‘presented’. I noticed that the backs of the framed shirts were often not properly concealed. The holding pins(at the back)were often not depressed down completely and some not done at all. This caused the shirt item to shift within the frame...

The items were very well packaged. The delivery was very fast and efficient. I wish that we can have a cheaper option of shipping the orders though. I live in Singapore, the shipping cost £250 for a large framed item. Sometimes as much as the item. The Framed and Pre-Framed items would be nice if they come with attached hooks or attachments for mounting.
