This is obviously a company that puts its customers first .
I had a problem with the bedding I ordered and wrote to customer care to see if they would help , which , they did , very quickly .
I would deal with Bedeck Bedding any time , with complete confidence in them .

Excellent and friendly company to deal with,
Roamwild sorted out one or two recent problems for me regarding the squirrel proof Birdfeeders ,
I have bought several of these from this company , and the Birds , all species , come to feed at least twice each Day.

Helpful and friendly , I had a problem with measurements regarding a replacement lid for a Kitchen Bin , which were sorted out quickly.
I just found the delivery a little slow.

Sent to a Friend , parcel was delivered next Door so she was unaware that the Parcel had arrived !!
Apart from that , she said the contents were delicious and thoroughly enjoyed !!

Not every delivery is the same but on this occasion every thing was as it should be . Mostly excellent trustworthy service.

We had cancel our April Break , and even though it was Bank Holiday Weekend , the matter was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner and a refund is in place .
I will certainly use Secret Escapes again ,

On this particular day , the opticians were really busy and the staff did well to cope .
I did nor feel particularly at ease as I usually do in your Matlock Branch , nor did I have my usual opthalmic Person who tested me .
This one was very professional but not particularly warm towards an older client which is important.
This is not a complaint but an observation.
The rest of the staff were very helpful , as usual .

On time , delivered by a cheerful and polite person each time who you know you can trust .

Only once have I had a problem which involved bad packaging and and the goods stuck to the inner wrapping , but that was acknowledged very quickly .

Recommended for a personal treat , or a welcome Gift for anyone , including those with dietary requirements.

I was first treated to these Macaroons by a Friend who is now eating them in quiet rooms where she can empty the Box without being disturbed !!!

They are so light and delicious with out being too sweet and a real treat to cheer us up in these difficult times .

I have thrown caution and diet to the wind and just ordered a second , slightly larger Box !!!!!!

Too much plastic packaging , But seed first class and Birds very appreciative !!
