UNPROFESSIONAL sums them up.
I booked a virtual kitchen design appointment for today Sunday 28th Sep at 10am.
1. And nobody called me at the appointment time.
2. So I went to their website to raise a complaint. But there is no options to raise a complaint. If you try to contact them, they have dropdown options with pre defined questions, none of which is to make a complaint. How convenient, oh and there's no telephone number listed on their website either, again how very convenient.
CONCLUSION
Companies like this that try to run on the cheap, and treat you like a number are worth avoiding like the plague.

Quality Clothing - Great Customer Service

I purchased a suit, and picked the wrong delivery option by mistake, so I emailed the customer service team, and they amended the order without any fuss.
The item arrived and was of very good quality, its my first purchase with this company, they left a good impression, so I've save there website address on my PC so I can easily order again in the future.

Awful company trying to run their business on the cheap. They appear to be using poorly trained staff in foreign call centers.
My advice if you are buying or selling a house is to avoid these amateurs.

Motorway paid me more

Their website said they would pay £12,870 for my 21 reg car. But upon arrival, they tried to reduced the value down to £12,200, so I told them where to go.
And ended up selling my car to Motorway for £13,270.

Poorly trained sales people

Telephoned to enquire about buying a Q3. But the salesperson was quite arrogant, and constantly spoke over me. When trying to get a rough PX value for my car, he began to speak like a politician, giving a low rough figure. He came across very untrustworthy, so I asked him to remove my contact details from his system. I wouldn't buy a car from someone like him. The only problem with buying a new car is having to deal with unscrupulous sales people like this guy, I think his name was Huel.

Sim NOT ACTIVATED & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Just received a new sim, I'm a new customer, they said the sim would take about an hour to activate. 24 hours later its still not activated.
So, I've telephone customer services about 25 times since 9am this morning but I can't get through, its now 10am. And their customer services aren't picking up the phone, first impression are this company is run very poorly, so will try to get a refund and look for a better mobile service provider, because I don't have 1 hour in the day to waste trying to speak to customer services.

Appalling Customer Service

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
Appalling customer service from poorly trained staff.
1. I was on hold for nearly 20 minutes, I only called to get my PAC code.
2. The lady could barely speak english and said she could not provide my PAC code
3. I asked to speak to someone senior, but given lame excuses.
4. Telephone regulators have strict rules about service providers issuing PAC codes speedily, so I will be escalating my complaint to them.
Moral of this feedback, don't buy services from companies like this who are only interested in running their business on the cheap, at our expense. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Once you buy something they keep ringing you with the following excuse ''TO CHECK YOUR ORDER'' only really wanting to sell you an extended warranty.
They misuse my data with these cold calls, they waste my time, and the staff are rude.
AVOID AND BUY FROM A MORE PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

Website states delivery times 1-3 days, but they told me via phone call that item would be sent next day delivery. They were true to there word, its difficult to find honest reliable companies these days but CVP are one. A very well run company.

Best online agent for customer service

Good service, currently no charge to sell. Online estate agents are often renowned for bad customer service like Yopa, but having used a few online selling agents STRIKE are definately the best out there. And if you can get a deal where they dont charge a fee to sell your house, then its a no brainer to use them.
