Terrible customer service and poor quality control
I ordered my pudding sofabed in the July after getting fabric samples . The sofa arrived within the stated delivery window but that’s when all my troubles started . The delivery driver noticed that one of the feet had not been correctly made and there was a screw massively sticking out which would’ve severely damaged my floor. It was reported by the driver and also myself and I was told that this small foot was made to order and would take 6-8 weeks to arrive! Apparently they don’t have spares! it did not  arrive and after several phone calls and emails  I was offered a partial refund due to the inconvenience, I was told I would not get the partial refund until I was happy with everything.  I therefore had no refund and no foot. When the foot did arrive it was totally different and three times the size and was apparently the foot for the sofa NOT the sofa bed . More phone calls more emails to no avail so finally I asked to speak with a manager, Bradley , who took ownership of my problem and sought to solve it . 
Magically they were able to find me a foot after having waited 6-8 weeks before . The first foot never arrived . The second foot arrived in an enormous box for its size , loose , no pad on the bottom . I was also offered a further partial refund and the total was finally paid to me , 
Bradley arranged for a Homeserve technician to fit the foot today . He had to re do the screw hole as the foot would not screw in. So nearly four months after ordering this sofa I can now use it . Loaf customer service is appalling . The tone of the emails are cheesy “always happy to help! “ This is fine if that was true! . The service agents were not able to ensure what they promised actually happened . My saving grace was Bradley who took personal control of the complaint and followed it through all they way. 
Loaf need to up their quality control , training of customer service representatives and warehouse staff. Their products are pricey and customers expect a certain level of quality and service for that . 
For the reasons above I don’t think I would buy from Loaf again or recommend them to anyone . Something has happened within the company as seen by the numerous poor reviews lately . I think it’s also notable that they only seem to respond to the good reviews on Trustpilot when really it’s the BAD REVIEWS which they should be commenting on . It shows a certain arrogance and lack of customer care . I wanted to support this British company but I would be unlikely to make another purchase from them .
