They don't even fluff you up on the honeymoon.

Was referred by a trusted friend. But my experience so far has been very different.

Right off the bat these guys have been extremely lazy. The first thing I noticed is that their "24/7 live support" does not actually exist. It's all a ticket system, yet they still advertise live chat support.

Prior to requesting migration, I spend 8 hours configuring my websites to make it easy on them and even asked them for the best practices and offered to migrate the sites myself, since I insisted they be done one by one (for many, many reasons).

Instead, they just migrated my entire hosting account in one shot, which is exactly what I did not want (for many, many reasons) and then they tell me "yeah, just delete anything you don't want".

Definitely regretting this so far. They refunded. Moving on.

It is unfortunate that Mr. Michael Cocchini was unhappy with our services. Shortly after signing up and asking for migration assistance, we began the migration process for him using the 'generate full backup' method of his old provider so that we could ensure all of his accounts were properly migrated over. Once the data was on our servers, we would then begin splintering them off for him or removing data he did not want.

This is to ensure all databases, all database users, database privileges, etc, are migrated over in 1:1 fashion. This was not our team being 'lazy', this was us ensuring that our new customer would be properly taken care of. He offered to migrate the accounts himself as mentioned in his review here, we declined and offered to do it for him as this is something we do on a daily basis for our customers.

Before giving us time to explain our process, he got belligerent, condescending, and unfortunately quite ugly. At this point, when he told us we had 'one more shot to persuade him to stay and not thrash us on the internet', we felt it was best he leave even knowing we would have to deal with the fallout.

We have never offered or claimed to offer 24/7 live chat support. We have a very, very proud and honest team that is manned 24/7 and offering quality support. I believe he may be mistaken with "24/7 live support" as meaning "live chat".

This unfortunately was just one of those situations where nothing we did would have made him happy, and to be frank, Mr. Michael Cocchini was not the type of customer we could keep, and subject ourselves to his verbal abuse. Had it not been for that, I believe we would have been able to make him happy here because we truly, truly do everything in our power to deliver an exceptional experience.

Frustrating experience

Frustrating experience. Had to go through them to do some paperwork, but man, they are slow and the way they go about the process is really annoying.
