There was a problem between JLL and Yodel with the latter telling me they had not received the order, even though JLL had given me a Yodel no. This meant I had no idea when it was going to be delivered. In the end it was delivered on a Saturday and I just happened to be in, but I wasn't told this, so it was was just lucky that I was in.

We apologise with any confusion caused over your tracking information. As you were informed the tracking for Yodel does not go live the same day the item is dispatched which is why we advised you to the check the tracking on the following day. We are not sure why Yodel did not advise you to do the same thing however we are pleased to hear your order arrived safely.
