We have had issues with our motorhome which we bought new in March 2025. The issues we had were very minor but needed sorting. A massive thank you to Sophie for taking ownership of all of the problems we have had and she made sure that the repairs didn’t interfere with our booked holidays. She has kept us in the loop with every repair and made sure we were happy with everything by sending us videos before we picked the van up.

The lady that dealt with my dispute was first class from start to finish. I have had a problem with British Gas for 6 months trying to get them to just talk to me was impossible. The BG call centre was the worst ever.
What took me 6 months getting nowhere took the ombudsman 2hrs to resolve. I was blown away by what they have done for me

Collected our roller team motorhome today and I must say it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Margaret who was knowledgeable and made it a seamless handover.

All I can say is that this fire is far better than anything we have come across. Stunning solace electric inset fire. We wanted something that looks like a real flame fire and I was blown away when I saw this in the shop and was told it was electric as I was convinced that it was gas, it really is that good. Also I rang the manufacturer for some advice and they were really helpful. It was worth paying the little bit extra for this quality product.

I bought an electric fire off this company and they kept me up to date with the delivery etc, when the item was delivered there was a part that wasn’t correct and they sorted this out within 1hr of it being delivered. Really impressed with customer care

In my opinion these are the best delivery people there is, kept fully informed when it will be delivered and rang when 15 minutes away. 2 delivery men put the washer where I asked and very polite gentleman.

The sales guy was very good compared to other furniture outlets we have visited, he listened to what we wanted and didn’t waste our time. It was a pleasure to do a deal with the Teeside park store

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. From my first contact to the very end (2 and a half years) they were brilliant. I was appointed Colin as my contact and he was absolutely brilliant at keeping me informed and making sure that I was mentally ok and financially ok as well after my very serious bike accident with very complex injuries to deal with. Colin A is a credit to your company and I will be recommending anyone that is in my predicament to contact you.

We find that magic breaks is a trusted travel company and we have never had cause to complain about anything at all , they have always solved problems or any misunderstanding we have had. We’ve used them at least 5 times for holiday bookings.

This bunk bed is really good and very easy to assemble, it was lots quicker than expected and made of very good quality material

A quick email and prompt reply as I had to cancel due to virus, very satisfied with outcome and will definitely use this company again
