AVOID this company if you think you may…

AVOID this company if you think you may ever want to deal with their customer service team.

I ordered a custom fit dress for a special occasion and while it fitted pretty well I still had to take it to a tailors to be altered.

Their site syas they will cover an amount of this cost depending on the cost of the dress.

I also noticed a ripped side seam on the bust of my dress the first time I tried it on. I complained to the customer service team (if you can even call it customer service) and said I wanted reimbursement for the tailoring AND for the quality issue AS PER MY CONSUMER RIGHTS.

WEEKS of back and forth later the most they were willing to offer me was £25 which
a) wasn't what their website said would cover for the alterations and
b) didn't take into account the quality issue

They kept saying I was outside the return window even though I was never trying to return the damn thing

I eventually went through myt Credit Card company (thank goodness I had to foresight to pay this way)and issued a charge back and a complaint to Mastercard.

I got the money back for the whole dress and then Stacees refuted my claim saying once again I was outside the return window.

This total lack of understanding of my issue and their utter unwillingness to help me in any way was so unrpofessional and actually borderline rude at times.

My credit card thankfully rejected their response and it has now been sorted but it took 3 months of back and forth and a lot of stress for something that - had they offered me the £50 I was asking for (which their site said they would pay) I would have accepted in a day.

All of this has compoletly overshadowed the fact that the dress was stunning and despite the minor flaws I would have been very happy if I hadn't had to go through months of stress and unpleasantness from their staff.

RCI are a fantastic bank!

RCI are a fantastic bank!
I have been using them for years and have 3 savings accounts with them. I love how easy their app and online system is to use and how you can personalise the accounts names and appearance to make things clear to use.
the interest rates are always super competetive and the withdrawal deposit times are super quick.
Every time I have needed assistancde their support centre is ewasy to get hold of, very polite, friendly and helpful.
Would totally recommend RCI as a fantastic bank

the most flattering things I’ve ever worn on my legs

I posted a negative review about Fabletics recently because of their poor postage system and lack of declaration saying it would be longer than advertised.... HOWEVER

that was before I received my clothes and oh my goodness do they make up for the stress of getting them! The leggings are so comfortable and soft and they’re the most flattering things I’ve probably ever worn on my legs! They fit me like a glove and I don’t want to ever take them off!

Poor Customer Service - Slow Delivery

Ordered my items on the introductory offer (which I then cancelled because who wants to spend £49 on sportswear every. single. month?) and paid for express rush shipping which cost me £6 and over a week later and I am still waiting for my order to arrive. Their links to the Hermes tracking system don't work. Hermes haven't received my parcel from them yet despite the order being dispatched 6 days ago. Have spoken to 3 people on live chat and they are rude and unhelpful - all agents ended the conversation as soon as I mentioned that I was unhappy. I have called customer service only to be told that they are experiencing delays and they don't know when I will get my item. When asked if I could get a shipping refund I was told that this is not possible.

If my stuff ever arrives I hope it is good quality. I will not be a repeat customer after this palaver.

TLDR slow shipping, impossible to speak to a decent human agent or get straight or useful responses from anyone.
