These are shocking - with ourselves in credit they owe ourselves money, they actually admit this, as we have been overpaying over the Winter period but they would not lower the Direct Debit - getting the money back is like blood out of a stone - when we wrote to them saying we where looking to change direct debit mandate they phoned within a day of receipt asking for revised bank account details - wouldn't even discuss the credit situation - we're actually in credit by £206.00 - shocking please don't think of using them

To give this company one star is overrated them, customer service team are an absolute joke, even to the extent when my wife was on the phone and went over 5 o clock the closing time they cut her off - we have now phoned 4 times countless emails and still no closure of our issues and account balance - don't touch this company with a very long barge pole - totally appalled by their customer service

Nicky Nicky you were so good on the phone rang back with updated information three times, promised to send ourselves a email and update bill on the portal - guess what this has not happened please do what you offer to your clients / customers
