I ordered, and paid for, a lawnmower a month ago. I had to keep chasing them to find out where it was and, after it apparently went missing in despatch, had to chase for a replacement. Despite being assured this would be despatched the next working day, it wasn't.
Hopefully I will, as promised, get my money back. Never again Toolden.

I selected Bournes from five quotes. Not because they were the cheapest, but because I had a good feeling about them. They didn't disappoint.

Ordering food from Cook is always a seamless experience. Book a half-day delivery slot from the many available, choose what you want, and pay for it. Closer to the date you receive an email and text message reducing the delivery timescale to n hour allowing you to get on with other things.
The food is always of a very high standard and, importantly, very easy to cook.

I was kept informed of the delivery time which, as always, was met, and the delivery driver was polite. There is nothing more that I could expect.

The courier was as always, within the times advised for the delivery, and friendly. It i always nice when a courier waits for you to open the door as opposed to knocking and then leaving your delivery on the front door mat.

As always, Harveys were helpful, polite, kept me informed, and cleaned up behind themselves. This is a company that I trust, and therefore I use them for all plumbing and heating issues.

I have been using Harveys for a number of years. Initially they acted as agents for my insurance company and since then, directly with myself. I would not accept any other company being used and actually got this in writing from my insurance company at the time. A year ago, after many years of providing tender care to my old boiler, they fitted me a new boiler. This week they gave it its first annual service. I have always found, and continue to find, them helpful, polite and professional in everything they do. There engineers are prompt, explain everything, and always clean up behind themselves. It goes without saying that I have no problem whatsoever in recommending them.

When it finally gave up the ghost this was the only company I would entertain to fit a new one. They are professional and very polite, cleaning everything up after their visits.
