Excellent customer service

I would recommend everyone that likes any of the stuff na-kd has on their website to just order from them.
I have ordered from them many times before and unfortunately last time I ordered my package got lost. I sent an e-mail to na-kd and i got a reply 10 minutes later with an apology (it is not even their fault) they refunded me and they also gave me a discount code. The customer service is the best customer service i have experienced!

BAD products and BAD customer service

I have ordered from them before with no problems at all. So i decided to order a Balenciaga bag and chose express delivery, it was suppose to come on the 7th of December, it arrived on the 12th. And when i opened the package i saw that it wasnt in its original box, no authencitiy card and it was missing a few tassels on the bag!
I told them that and i wanted to return and get a refund. To send the bag back i need some paperwork such as customs invoice (i live outside EU). I dont understand why it is so hard to send a picture of a piece of paper. I have sent tons of e-mails and called three times and i still dont get any help. I have taken this case through PayPal hoping that they can help me. They are NOT serious at all and i wont even recommend my worst enemy to buy anything from them.
Stay far away from selfridges!
