Previously KOSM (King of Steel Media)

The known scammer KOSM (aka Matt Mike) has now rebranded as CreativePlus to try and escape his bad reputation and deceiving behaviour, in the hope that he can continue his shady antics under a new name. He owes many previous customers a lot of money for failing to deliver goods and continues to ignore their cries for compensation, whilst trying his best to remove any evidence of his past by deleting old websites and social media accounts. See reviews for Kingofsteelmedia for a better idea of who this conman is. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!

Too little, too late

Continually shifts blame rather than just accepting responsibility for not delivering people's items. Also uses the excuse that he's doing everything single-handedly (despite always referring to himself as "we" and claiming another company now runs his eBay sales), which many others also do but with no such problems. He'd prefer to spam your inbox promoting his 2-minute sales rather than respond to genuine order concerns. Now he's clearly getting desperate and actually bothering to send out a select few items to certain people, using it as an opportunity to ask them to leave positive reviews in an attempt to "regain trust" and convince others he's changed, since he's understandably struggling to sell anything nowadays. He's made his bed as far as I'm concerned.

Sidenote: He's shut down KOSM and rebranded as CreativePlus. I wonder why!?

Such a bad choice/lack of content that…

Such a bad choice/lack of content that I cancelled my offer early and still felt ripped off! Not to mention the majority of their library isn't actually available to stream, which I find very misleading.

My first and last order

Good quality items which arrived quickly. However, their sizings are way off! Ordered 2 pairs of joggers in accordance to their size chart and the fact the model in the photo was the same height and a slim build like myself, yet they're too small/tight on me. To make matters worse, they charge you to return items, so the customer loses out either way.

Stressful and unprofessional

Parents had nothing but issues with their bathroom installation. What was supposed to take 2 weeks took over 2 months and the job still wasn't completed to a good standard. Lost count of how many different units we had due to them constantly arriving damaged or not being fitted properly, only to be told we were being "picky" for what was essentially an £8,000 bathroom, and we were left to just accept it. Floor grout started coming up after only a week, which they eventually re-did, only for it to end up the same a few weeks later. Wall grout was left smeared across a number of tiles, which we've still been unable to remove to this day. No one ever came out to quality check the job like we were promised, but it was still apparently signed off as though they had. 2 years on and the shower has now packed in, just 5 days out of warranty (spoke to numerous CS reps who each gave us different answers as to how long our warranty was... 2, 5, 3, then back to 2). After a weekend of waiting for a phone call we spoke to a very unpleasant and unhelpful person named Donna at the Sutton-in-Ashfield branch, who basically told us there's nothing they can do and it's for us to sort ourselves. My mother has just come out of hospital after a major operation and has been advised to bathe daily to avoid infection, which is obviously impossible without a working shower. Overall, a very unprofessional service with unprofessional results. Avoid!

We made our concerns and disappointment clear from day one, and it got us nowhere. Wickes clearly hasn't made any improvements since then, as was made evident by the lack of help and care we recently received from your customer service regarding our broken shower, which coincidentally decided to suddenly stop working the same week our warranty ran out. We're officially done trying to deal with you, because it's a complete waste of time and only causes more stress and upset for my elderly parents.

One of my favourites!

Genuinely one of my favourite entertainment retailers to buy from. I've ordered many things from them over the last few years and my items have always turned up in great condition and super quickly - most times they even arrive the very next day! I did have a slight issue with an order once back when their site first launched, but customer service were very helpful, and I'm happy to say I've had no reason to contact them again since. I love the regular sales they often run and the fact that they offer 10% off on most items, which is another reason why they're my top choice over other retailers, since their prices tend to be unbeatable!

THE BEST!

I've bought from PPD many times, both through Amazon and their own website, and they've never let me down! They always deliver top quality paper (I've tried and tested various different types and it's by far the best I've come across for the price) and shipping is usually very speedy. I can't comment on their customer service as I've never needed to contact them, which can only be a good thing!
