The service itself was brilliant - the bag arrived the next day and was collected promptly when requested. However, the bag itself - it was a “Hippo Skip” - was disappointing. While advertised as half way size between 4 foot and 6 foot proper skips, the bag is just too floppy and does not keep its shape just falling flat on the ground, so it was a struggle to fill it . We had to improvise and tie its handles together, and much less stuff fitted in than would in a smaller size proper skip.

I bought this “yoga alignment rubber mat” in February this year. While it is less slippery than a basic yoga mat, it is very thin and hard/uncomfortable on the knees. It is also incredibly heavy - I travel a lot and like taking my yoga mat with me - but not this one! Also, just after 6 months of gentle use, one edge split as if it was cut. I only ever rolled it up gently, never bending or exposing to anything sharp. I have never come across even the cheapest yoga mat splitting like this! In my opinion, this is a poorly designed mat or a cheap production quality.

A great selection of paints at competitive prices; a very fast delivery. When there was a delivery problem with DPD, it was promptly resolved by customer service.
I tried to pay for US college application fee for my child, and found this to be an outdated last century technology with some extortionate fees. No other payment provider charges 20% for paying in a different currency. No response to messages or emails and phones are not answered. Avoid at all costs!

This company was displaying its ad every time I shopped on Lookfantastic giving a discount of £20 odd on my order, as long as I register with then. In September I decided to register, and sent a snapshot of purchase receipt on the same order to get the advertised discount, as per their instruction. Also, sent another receipt to qualify for £15 monthly bonus. A few days later got 2 identical emails, both saying they did not like the photos of the receipts, and someone would email me within 24 hours for further details. Nobody contacted me, and I complained. They just cancelled my membership, no response to my complain whatsoever, and still charged me £15 membership. These scammers are just after your £15.

I placed an order on adidas app 10 days ago, and just keep getting emails saying “sorry your order has been delayed, we were not able to ship it”. No explanation why or any anticipated shipment date. I chatted to customer services who were very polite but just said the same thing - “we are sorry we have not been able to ship it yet”. Not very useful, especially as they charged me at the time of the order.
It is easy to set up and use, the exchange rates are very close to mid-market rates which you do not get anywhere else, and the fees are very low. I worked out that for the transfer of 1,900 euros into U.K. pounds, I received over £150 more than I would have done using Post Office service, and I did not need to leave my home!
