I have been with British Gas for over 30yrs or so that includes two-three moves. The service I have received over thew years and upon relocating all over London Surrey and now the north west of england has been second to none. At each annual inspection I am offered a time that suits me, on a day that I choose, I always get conformation prier to the engineers arrival, by text and phone call, the engineers has always been very polite and professional. even though my meters are in a very low and cramped cupboard, something which I can not even reach. In conclusion I would have no hessitation in reccomending British Gas for all your service needs.

Thankfully I wasnt pounced upon on arrival. (that rubs me up the wrong way). I saught out a member of staff, gave him my needs for a laptop, and after a while was shown exactly what I needed, his knowledge and salemanship was excellent. I purched the item. The only downside was the up sales.

This was the first time of ordering from JML Direct. I found the setting an account up process very confusing/baffling, but, eventually got through it, I ordered the items I wanted, and waited the 4-5 days delivery, then got conflicting messages from Royal Mail about the delivery time, first message gives an hour time frame, then another gives different times, and the third gave actual deliver time. Other than that it appears to be a very good company to purchase from, and so far the products are working as described

As a so called valued customer, I went ahead and purchased two more products, which I needed, and had just paid full price. after the transaction had gone through, and the products were in transit. I saw an avert on TV informing me that the products were vastly reduced, making me feel hard done by. I am an OAP on a meagre pension, and have to watch my money very closely. Making these purchases ate into my food money. leaving me without food for a few days or more, and feeling very depressed.

My experience with Ryobi tools has been one of excellent service, and excellent tools, I would highly recommend the company to anyone with the need for quality tools!

when I placed the order with "Ryobi" I received a reply stating that I should receive the item within 5-7 days. To my astonishment / surprise and gratefulness, it arrived in less than 2 days (a Sunday delivery). I then purchased another item a few days later, realizing I had a 10% discount, and again that also arrived within 2 days. What a fantastic company.

I have been with the same company now for 5years and have found that they are efficient and always willing to oblige, and have the best prices around for the service offered, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone/everyone

Easy trouble free just a shame the price didn't match the quote!!
