Knowlegeable and helpful travel staff

Jenna was very knowledgeable about the options of a trip to Montenegro, endlessly patient and very efficient in getting out the itinerary. If the other travel consultants are of the same calibre, it is a good reason to use Trailfinders in the future.

Bare Rooted Oaks

Ordered a few bare rooted sessile oaks, 3-4 feet, for collection. Helpful and efficient yard staff. Good roots, bit of 'shrinkage' as just made 600mm from top of roots rather than the 900 - 1200mm as ordered. No harm as the smaller plant should bed in quicker?

Consignment Stuck in Depot

Order shipped on a Monday, tracking showed it "stuck" in the Fastway depot without being put in a delivery van for two days. Fastway Customer Service was quick and efficient, expediting delivery the next day (Friday).

Place to go for trees

Bought 5 potted aspen and 20 bare rooted grey poplar saplings. The order was promptly filled for collection, all in great condition, with well-moistened roots sealed in a large plastic bag.
