My order arrived today and after getting home from the office I decided to try them on, and OMG!!! The pairs of underwear I've received are so comfortable. I even got two jock straps and surprisingly they are extremely comfortable. I don't think I've ever worn underwear that's this comfortable. I will definitely be ordering again soon!

I spoke to Gelo in the support team. They were absolutely fantastic and very informative. They were also so kind and respectful and I really appreciated them assisting me with my enquiry. If management is seeing this, please give Gelo a massive raise as their customer service skills are beyond amazing! And they are very professional and lovely to speak to.
