Leaking meter
After our landlord gas inspection they discovered a leak coming from our meter. Gas was turned off and was advised to contact Octopus.
Phone call was answered quickly then follow up email requesting photo and inspection report. Didn't hear a thing back so after a few hours rang for an update. Not sure my email had been acted upon but the guy I spoke to dealt with it efficiently and a few minutes later I received an email with estimated time of arrival for engineer.
New meter installed.
I would have left 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact I needed to ring twice and didn't get a reply to my original email.
