Appalling company and customer service. They lack communication skills and have clearly taken on more orders than they can deal with. Ordered on 12th Nov for 18th Dec delivery. Took money at point of order. 18th Dec and NO delivery arrived. Email sent and reply stated order would be delivered yesterday (23rd) but guess what? it didn't arrive. It's now 12:45pm Christmas Eve and still no sign of my order and no response to my messages or emails.
Will definitely never use again or recommend to anyone and will be demanding a full refund.
UPDATE....order finally arrived today (30th) after email update from 1 of their Directors. Goods arrived well packaged and the items themselves look and taste amazing. Hopefully they can sort out their issues with communication and deliveries during 2021.
