Very professional service that…

Very professional service that delivered as promised. Ilda helped with my enquiry. I followed her advice and recommendations in relation to how to sell my watch. I had an excellent experience with BQ watches and was very happy with the price they achieved for me.

The reviews say it all......

I should really have looked into the review. as soon as you order its radio silence. I purchased some personalised items else where and they have all arrived. the item I purchased from active where are still not here and they were not even personalised. Can only blame myself I was in a rush and did not check the companies reviews.

Decathlon Secondlife returns are…

Decathlon Secondlife returns are verging on impossible to do.

I received a SUP from them which was "Refurbished". When it arrived it actually had 2 patches on it where it had holes. I really do not class this as a refurbished item on the classification scale they use it was very misleading. The main issue is trying to return the item, as its a bulky second life item it does not fall into their automated returns process.
This has basically left me struggling to return this to them. The item now sits in their brent cross store still without me getting my money back as they say they do not have the right product code to process the return.

Just really poor customer service.

Real shame as I have purchased quite a few items from them in the past but this time they have really dropped the ball.

I would encourage anyone at the company before they decide to try and contact me to give their own returns process a go, so they can see how frustrating the system is. Diverts you to live chat, what's app or Facebook I have tried them all.

The contact just gets dropped.

Managed to return my item eventually and now it looks like they have lost, have to constantly chase them for a refund. awful service.....

You only really find out how good a company is when they have to rectify and problem. I noticed an initial issue with my item on delivery and to be fair, Oscar at the Lakeside branch went over and above to rectify the problem. great service
