We truly prefer to make positive reviews, so it saddens us to think that we have to make this negative review. There was total chaos and our agent was answering other people's questions during our conversation with the booking agent. As a result, unfortunately the wrong dates were chosen and they cannot be changed without our losing thousands of dollars we paid as our deposit, because we could not afford the $400 for the insurance to cover such losses. Even though I called the very next day after booking to see if I could rectify our mistakes.
As a result, we will never book any future trips with your company and will not refer you to our friends that travel frequently.

Victor was very patient and answered many questions we had. He spent alot of time helping us complete the information needed on the computer and patiently listened as we repeated questions and waited for us to gather needed information. We highly recommend his services to others!
