Excellent experience from start to finish

Very swift response time for quotation and queries. Excellent customer service. Delivery was well within the stated timescale. Reasonable price. And the bonus was that the curtains were delivered ready to hang. Drawn up, curtain hooks attached.
Absolutely nothing to criticise at all, it was excellent from start to finish. Well done! I wish other companies were as good as this.

Item I ordered was not despatched after…

Item I ordered was not despatched after 10 days so I requested a refund. Disappointing to have to resort to Amazon to deliver the same item at the same price. I’d prefer to support other retailers.
