X10 pro Omni - don't buy eufy
Update: have already emailed referencing trustpilot and have had no response. Also placed a fresh warranty claim and received the same replacement or 30% refund response which would mean I'm £420 out of pocket for a miss sold, dysfunctional item. There appear to be hundreds of cases like mine. Eufy is based out of china so no UK regs re warranty. You are not covered if you buy their products. Be warned.
We've had the X10 pro Omni for just coming up to a year now, onto our second unit and just been offered a 3rd which is such a waste of time and materials. It requires so much babysitting. The claims of handling obstacles are massively overstated and the suction capability and battery performance drop off very quickly. The mopping is good but overall I spend so much time babysitting the thing (can't find route, route obstructed, not recognising that the mop has just been washed, mounting obstacles and getting stuck or believing there are new rooms through glass doors or that doors are walls). Lots of software glitches to resolve before this product can really achieve what it claims. Non consumables items fail and can't be replaced.Customer service will only offer a partial refund for a return even though this was a valid claim well within 12 months. Despite trying to raise it multiple times with customer service they are hiding behind some warranty rules I can't find (that entitle me to 30% refund for a miss sold, underperforming product)
