X10 pro Omni - don't buy eufy

Update: have already emailed referencing trustpilot and have had no response. Also placed a fresh warranty claim and received the same replacement or 30% refund response which would mean I'm £420 out of pocket for a miss sold, dysfunctional item. There appear to be hundreds of cases like mine. Eufy is based out of china so no UK regs re warranty. You are not covered if you buy their products. Be warned.

We've had the X10 pro Omni for just coming up to a year now, onto our second unit and just been offered a 3rd which is such a waste of time and materials. It requires so much babysitting. The claims of handling obstacles are massively overstated and the suction capability and battery performance drop off very quickly. The mopping is good but overall I spend so much time babysitting the thing (can't find route, route obstructed, not recognising that the mop has just been washed, mounting obstacles and getting stuck or believing there are new rooms through glass doors or that doors are walls). Lots of software glitches to resolve before this product can really achieve what it claims. Non consumables items fail and can't be replaced.Customer service will only offer a partial refund for a return even though this was a valid claim well within 12 months. Despite trying to raise it multiple times with customer service they are hiding behind some warranty rules I can't find (that entitle me to 30% refund for a miss sold, underperforming product)

Long term happy customer

Shame to see some low reviews, we've loved our machine and 2.0 version for years. Would love to see more beers like blue moon and cider like Henry Weston's to the selection but we love Belgian beers so we're happy. Prices good, taste good

Accused of lying by CS

Update:
It is not me having decided I don't like the watch, I like everything but the colour which I chose to live with and was getting to be happy with on your advice. I have been keeping a close eye on it as the rose is so synthetic looking it looked a bit cheaply done. As I thought, it is wearing off from rubbing against my skin. I am therefore incredibly concerned it will not last based on the way the finish has deteriorated in 2 weeks so I wanted to resolve it quickly before I get stuck with it (as the warranty is so caveated I wonder what on earth it covers). Little did I realise you would assume I was a liar the second I emailed you and not honour a genuine concern from a customer. Because you believe I don't want the watch you have decided I am lying and immediately started with accusations just as the reviewer below. Your tone was so dismissive it was upsetting to receive your emails. I was wondering how you got such good reviews but it seems you only treat some of your customers with contempt. I seem to be one of them. A nice treat absolutely ruined. Thanks Julia.

This watch does not look like the pictures and the rose plating is already oxidising and turning grey where it touches my skin (after 2 weeks). Customer service will not listen and keep saying it must be scratched. All I have done is wear the watch at my office job. it is not a scratch. I spent my bonus on this watch and am so disappointed by Charlie Paris. The good reviews come from those who haven't had to deal with customer services. Do not waste your money. Trust the bad reviews, they are not wrong. My watch and my £400 are going in the bin.



Cette montre ne ressemble pas aux photos et le placage rose s'oxyde déjà et devient gris là où il touche ma peau (au bout de 2 semaines). Le service client n'écoutera pas et n'arrête pas de dire qu'il doit être rayé. Tout ce que j'ai fait, c'est porter la montre au travail. ce n'est pas une égratignure. J'ai dépensé mon bonus pour cette montre et je suis tellement déçu par Charlie Paris. Les bonnes critiques viennent de ceux qui n’ont pas eu affaire au service client. Ne gaspillez pas votre argent. Faites confiance aux mauvaises critiques, elles n’ont pas tort. Ma montre et mes 400 £ partent à la poubelle.

It is truly regrettable that you may have doubts regarding our expertise and believe that we would resort to any pretext to deny your refund request.
I will email you photos of a watch from our collection, worn by one of our watchmakers for nearly two years. This particular model shares the same rose gold finish as yours. You will see that while the color has naturally transitioned to a slightly more yellowish undertone over time, there is absolutely no evidence of oxidation or any gray marks resembling those on your crown.

Once again, I extend my sincere apologies for any disappointment you may have experienced with our customer service. Regrettably, it seems that unless our response aligns with your expectations, you will be unsatisfied with our answers.

First of all, we understood that you were disappointed by the rose gold color of your watch upon receipt. After considering a return, you ultimately chose to keep your watch.

Just two weeks later, you have contacted us again because you noticed a small gray mark on your crown. Based on the photos you sent us, it is clear that this is not an oxidation.
Furthermore, the rest of your watch, including the case, does not show any similar marks, suggesting that the crown may have been accidentally rubbed somewhere, causing this mark.

Given the situation, it appears that you have changed your mind about your initial decision to keep the watch. However, as it has already been worn, you seem to be insisting on a supposed plating defect, which does not exist in order to get a refund.

Also , please note that we have received multiple positive feedback on the quality of our customer service. It is very unfortunate to think of our company as "awful" as we are unable to accommodate your request.

DES and their products couldn't have…

DES and their products couldn't have been better. From start to finish the install has been super stress free and had very minimal impact on us. We went to 3 companies and found DES to be the most informative with the best all round offer. We have a battery and panels and haven't looked back.

Not worth saving £2

Ordered 26th November, all in stock, should be delivered in 4 working days.

Not despatched until 5th December and then 18th December parcelforce say they've lost it.

7 working days to despatch, 3 working days to get to the UK, 6 working days for parcelforce to loose it.

Customer services in Germany don't seem to care as others have said. Do not buy direct.

Trying to get a refund now.

Where's my refund?

As with other reviewers, requested refund the same day I was told the dates changed. They told me two weeks later they'd despatched the tickets which have still not turned up weeks later and therefore aren't refunding me. I have twice put in support tickets but they are uncontactable in any format. Looks like there's lots of us in the same boat.

Give us our money back.


Seetickets response below is useless. They still haven't contacted me and I don't have any tickets to return. They haven't sent them!

Buyer beware!

The show as having stock take payment and then cancel your order due to no stock.

Can't trust online stock levels.

Paid with gift card online, told I had to drive to store (an hr away) to get a credit note. Pretty confident that's not legal. Also the need to go to store is not stated on their website.

Customer service not interested.

That's me never going there again.

Useless

Useless. Ordered 30th May, they didn't take payment for over a week by which time my card had expired. Today I got a letter saying my card had been declined (nearly two weeks later...). Asked why they didn't email or ring and was told it was nicer to get a letter. Absolutely... really glad the present is really late to spare my blushes.

Poor construction and customer service

Had the same experience as other reviewers. Heel fell off after 2 weeks. They made me jump through hoops, then offered a repair because of 'wear' and not a fault with their manufacturing. So all I can take from this is that they were in fact slippers not shoes and they've forgotten all the other reviews about the heel falling off. After complaining they reluctantly agreed to a refund. But the nightmare to get to that and a product not fit for purpose was enough to put me off ever going back.

Ordered 8th April

Ordered 8th April, received 7th May for off the shelf sunglasses... website indicates stock they dont have and they dont update it. They added days to each step of the process, took them a week to order the sunglasses from the USA, then a week after emails claimed it was despatched for the package to be handed from their warehouse to royal mail. Emails contain stock answers, head office in Hong Kong I think they said which meant they cant do a lot once they've closed for the day and customer service dont do the things they said like changing shipping to Express. Useless, probably the worst online experience I've had in years.

Good service for a dubious buyer

Very dubious seeing all the other reviews and as they were the only website with stock in size and colour. But, comms was excellent and delivered 5 days after order which coming from Germany, is impressive work. I think they're trying to fix their problems and as far as I can tell, they're doing a good job of it.
