Review of Make Waves
I've been using Make Waves for over a year now and can honestly say I think I will stick with them for life! I love the scents, the sustainability and the results. I am on the subscription, which always arrives on time and do find that the timing of this is about right. I love that new scents are released from time to time, and the deodorant case looks lovely too!
Review of Sir Gordon Bennett
I ordered a fairly expensive coat from Sir Gordon Bennett on 23rd October, yet as of 12th November it still hasn't arrived, and the email I sent on 7th November chasing my order remains unanswered - despite receiving an automated confirmation that it had been received and would be answered either the same, or next working, day.
I'm now getting very worried, especially considering the other recent reviews posted.
UPDATE 14/11/24: They replied once I posted this review, saying that the supplier should be in touch with them that evening. I then received another email stating that the coat wasn't in stock in the size I ordered and asking what I'd like to do. I have asked for a refund, which they have said they are processing and will be with me in 3-5 days. So we shall see.

The product you ordered comes direct from the manufacturer. Unfortunately the size you required was not available but whilst trying to get clarification on the issue with the manufacturer we failed to keep you updated on the process. Which we understand is frustrating and created some unease.
We’ve issued a refund for the item and apologise for the problems you’ve experienced. Thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we tried to fix the issues.

Review of Immaculate Vegan
I ordered a pair of trainers that unfortunately turned out to be unavailable. Immaculate Vegan let me know and refunded me very quickly, were hugely apologetic, and gave me a money off code for my next purchase. I have purchased from them several times before and the customer service has always been amazing, as is the selection and quality of the items they stock. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to live a cruelty-free lifestyle.

I received an email to say that my parcel had been delivered but it hasn't! So now I have no idea where it is and have to go through the no doubt long-winded process of attempting to locate it or get a refund for my purchase (which is also now out of stock). I am not impressed.

Review of VITL
I've been really impressed with Vitl. Their extremely comprehensive questionnaire made me feel that their recommended supplements would be tailored to my specific needs and I have been very happy with my personalised pack chosen. This arrived quickly and the daily blister packs and box to keep them in make the supplements easy to take. The customer care is also excellent and I think the pricing is very competitive too.
