Here we go again for our Rabbits Ashes…

Here we go again for our Rabbits Ashes its now 3 weeks and still excuses after excuses that now the Vet is suddenly ill etc and cannot deliver this week as well and now we have to wait and see when we would get the ashes for our pet or not??????
Also no one from mgmt. have courage to come forward read the reviews and call.
Moreover call will always come towards end of day so we have no option to wait and watch and listen to the excuses.
This is extraordinary and worst service and I can tell.
Have some courage from mgmt. to come forward and call to us.

Worst Experience

Hi My Pet passed away at Watford and we requested to cremate and deliver the ashes to North Harrow medivet which was confirmed and all payment was cleared. We got call after 7 to 10 working days that they have ashes but don't know why they have been sent to Radlett?? Now we had to chase Radlett instead of Medivet sorting this out for us which was their mistake. Unfortunately after paying for delivery to North harrow we had to chase Radlett to get the ashes to North Harrow the lady Vet was good she said she will be coming this Thursday and bring over. Suddenly we got call out of blue today that Vet is not coming to North harrow & if we want ashes then we have to collect from Radlett ??? Otherwise you have to wait for another week if the person from Radlett will travel to North harrow if not it could be weeks I assume.
This is not acceptable as we have lost our pet and ashes are still not with us for now 2 weeks going round in circles & no one is taking responsibility of getting it delivered to my place now with reimbursement or North Harrow for this hassle.
Would like someone from mgmt. to call and solve this issue asap.
