Ordered 2 pairs of shorts in same size but they were completely different sizes.
Must be over a month and at least a dozen emails to try and sort out a refund or replacement.
Allegedly they have sent a replacement but tracking number is invalid. Basically scam artists. Seem to have a had a similar experience to many others.

Probably have been a customer for 9 months and every order has been handled without fuss and turned up on time.
