Avoid. Deceptive pricing. They have a high call out charge for basically doing nothing, then charge very high rates to actually tackle the problem. Grumpy staff. Poaching on another plumbing firm's client with search engine function. Feel dishonest

The information on timing was helpful. And your two delivery chaps were very good and resourceful. It would have been helpful, however, to have information on the size of the unit packed, which is considerably wider than the dishwasher itself because of the packing. Its my responsibility to make sure things fit but in fact I didn't have the information to do that. Luckily it still fit
i never got the second promised test after the confusion over the first. So Ive lost the price of the test. I will not try your company again as I am already down the price of one test and all the wasted time.
I have ordered several blinds from this company and found their website helpful and their phone and email support really good. It takes a while for custom blinds to arrive but the delivery service was reliable and the prices are very reasonable. I will continue to use So Easy blinds if i need more

Your in house store folks were helpful once I got to them but I was directed away from a store and real people by your online support. As a result I wasted an entire order - you had to deliver it to me, I had to wait for it, then I had to return it. Whereas if I could have gone to a store in the first place, all of that effort would have been avoided

Promises to be able to provide 24/7 access were grievously overstated, leading me to wonder what other promises on the website are also untrue. My friend and I spent literally HOURS on hold across two different days calling from two different phones and two different continents. We had heard good things about the tours so were keen to book with them but were minutes away from giving up entirely when someone finally answered. The option to get a call back was not much use as we might be driving or in a meeting or similar when the call was returned, dropping us back to the bottom of the inquiry pile. The wait was aggravated by an endless loop of cheery messages, reiterating how great the service was going to be and how close we were to getting an agent, etc. When I finally spoke to someone, he was pleasant and helpful with minimum bureaucratic delay, which I appreciated, but offered as an excuse for long phone waits that January is the company's busiest season - maybe they should hire more help in January? We are also slightly grumpy about the no refund even a couple of months in advance of the date. We are booking in January for a September slot so that seems rather restrictive. We really hope the tour is better!

I have a flat to rent on my unit and have been using Riverhomes as my agent for a few years now and they have had to deal with a few tenant changes. I appreciate the fact that they have gone beyond doing the necessaries - they have been proactive, knowledgeable, have had a good sense of what is possible at any given time and have, I believe, given me good advice. I need someone to take care of pretty much everything at a hand over, which Riverhomes have done, cheerfully and promptly. While they are not cheap they are good value as far as I am concerned.
