Housecheck was so easy one phone call I explained what I wanted no hassle everything was sent to me through email and receipt for payment. James our surveyor rang on morning of appointment to give a time he would be with me. Excellent service.

We were greeted by a very polite man called Mathue when we visited the Cheltenham store he said if we need any help just ask.We were left to wonder around with no pressure when we’d decided on 4 different ones we couldn’t decide on mathue was there very knowledgeable about different recliners, materials, colours etc. After lots of help and advice we decided on a gorgeous 3 seater and 2 seater. Mathue made us tea. The whole experience was stress free. A big thank you to Mathue and a very friendly John.
