Downgraded because I recently discovered the following review by another customer which is deeply concerning if true
'the ingredients and discovered it contains talc! Not only does it contain talc but it’s the main ingredient at the top! Really disappointing and throwing away as I am now with all products that contain talc. I’ve also noticed online that several violation notices in the US have been served to Laura Geller about public health safety concerned in regards dangerous chemicals and the levels being used in their products. I don’t know if these are true but it’s definitely made me think twice about the credibility of brands and product safety.'
Very disappointed because otherwise I really like the product... but health is far more important.

I placed an order for a cleo cieling light and ordered the bulbs E27 from them to save time. Lights did not deliver the cieling light within the 5 days specified but appeared to be waiting for a delivery of bulbs from abroad. I needed the cieling light so that my tradesman could fit it hence the reason I ordered from lights because of the delivery timescales. Having ordered it on the 3rd Feb it still was not delivered on the 10th Feb so I chased it up and it was delivered on the 13th. By this time the bulbs were on discount and given that I had yet to receive them I asked for them to honour the discount against the bulbs I had purchased but they refused. The bulbs were eventually received on the 25th February. I could have bought these bulbs more cheaply and locally and wished I had not used Lights. Appalling service. The cieling light is by no means a quality item either, but will do for now. I will never use lights again. Their standard response to this review was they will try and learn and improve from the feed back!

Speedy response, easy to order. Not happy that I could not give the courier DPD instructions on safe place for delivery, as was a gift and therefore recipient was not at home. However courier did place it out of view and the parcel was found thankfully.

Delivery guys were great! Delivered to room of choice with care, and friendly and respectful.

My package was delivered to the wrong address and placed in their recycling bin. It's pure luck that they spotted it and brought it over a couple of days later. In fairness the address label was in very small print and the house number virtually undescernible. What's more having tried to report the missing package to Jack Wills I had a non delivery email from their customer services department and I could not find a contact telephone number on their website either. It is fortunate that my parcel turned up. I'm sure you can do better. In terms of the garments themselves ... excellent quality and true to size.

Delivered on time and photo evidence of delivery. Package has slight damage but thankfully contents were fine.

They would have received 5 stars but for the fact that the fittings don't fit totally flush with the wall so had to insert a wedge at the bottom to provide stability. Otherwise a good quality product. The blackout also works extremely well.

Good service although one of the non hard back children's books was squeezed in to the box which meant that it was slightly bent on arrival.

Website is ok ish. Would have been easy to order had it accepted my card first time. Several attempts made before accepted. Seemed not to want to accept saved card.
