Our recent experience with Cullen was fantastic from booking the appointment to picking up my engagement ring. Emily at our appointment was so knowledgeable and friendly and made the entire experience so much fun! The ring was ready the day they said it would be and the team was so accomodating squeezing us in same day to pick up. My ring is so beautiful and already looking forward to returning for wedding rings!

I have had deliveries from couriers please previously with no issue. This time however I have received an email asking for feedback on my recent delivery. I have yet to receive my delivery that was shipped a week ago and the tracking says it is in transit. I will be going to where the parcel is supposed to be delivered tomorrow in hope that it has in fact arrived.
