Ordered 2 leather headcollars for my daughter on the 29th Nov 2024, really panicking now after reading the reviews re delivery as my order is still saying it is still processing, Tried to email but just got an Automated one back not sure really what to do as they are for a present

Fantastic value for money

AVOID, ordered 2 bags of dog food got an email to say order delayed, can understand that waited no delivery contacted again said they were chasing it up, waited again still no food. Realised they seem to scamming people after looking futher into it. Off to Trading Standards I go.......

Please could someone contact me or give me some form of contact details,
I have tried and tried to get some response from yourselves with no luck at. I have tried to call only to be told I need to ring another number which I do and no one answers

Do not use this company, absolutely appauling customer service,been trying to contact them for a week due to a mix up in microchip numbers after buying 2 puppies, Update 4 days later still can not get through to them so I hope you never loose your precious animal, they offer you an alternative 24 hour number it costs you to call it I paid £6.50 for a 10 min call that nobody answered 😠 AVOID.

Bought fridge freezer Sunday including delivery for Tues, received a phone call Monday morning to say unable to deliver Tuesday, spent most of the day Monday trying to ring back to rearrange no reply finally got through Tuesday to be told delivery would be Fri/Sat. Had to go collect due to the urgency of the Fridge Freezer waited 30 mins in the shop for the item to be brought to me. So all in all pretty poor service
