Why have Beko not got customer service anymore 🤷♀️
Very frustrated with this company, I have always had beko freezers over the years and the Customer service has always been great. Have recently required a new drawer front for my freezer I did manage to speak to someone who explained I could only order online . This done after he advised what part is need and I received the wrong part I have since been trying to get someone to change the part. So many emails I’ve written and got answers from many different customer service agents and despite in the first email being told they would generate a replacement all I get is an email giving me the part number and requesting I order it ( presumably at s cost + postage to me again!!)
Very annoying and time wasting. I will not be buying any beko products again 😡
Update I have now managed to speak to Serena who has helpfully and hopefully 🙏 sorted out this matter and my new part is on the way👍
All sorted and now happy with my new drawer front 😊
