Why have Beko not got customer service anymore 🤷‍♀️

Very frustrated with this company, I have always had beko freezers over the years and the Customer service has always been great. Have recently required a new drawer front for my freezer I did manage to speak to someone who explained I could only order online . This done after he advised what part is need and I received the wrong part I have since been trying to get someone to change the part. So many emails I’ve written and got answers from many different customer service agents and despite in the first email being told they would generate a replacement all I get is an email giving me the part number and requesting I order it ( presumably at s cost + postage to me again!!)
Very annoying and time wasting. I will not be buying any beko products again 😡
Update I have now managed to speak to Serena who has helpfully and hopefully 🙏 sorted out this matter and my new part is on the way👍

All sorted and now happy with my new drawer front 😊

Totally has put us off using meet and greet…

We have just started proceedings against this company to get our money back through our credit card .
14/6/23 booked for a meet and greet at Dover port , have done meet and greet many times at airports so I checked 2 or 3 times with both the contact number and the supposed driver to make sure I was totally reassured that it was all fine so went on to make the booking . On getting to Dover 18/6/23 and following the instructions we got no reply from the driver called the other number and was told someone would be there , no one came called the driver again who said we needed to go to the premier inn 🤷‍♀️ , followed then by denying that I had called them !!
Couldn’t understand their heavily accented speech and they started to say they could not understand me !
TOTALLY SCAM COMPANY will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities

Customer service is non existent

I recently purchased an item of skin care . I then noticed that the item was very much out of use by date (3 months!)
I got in touch with a rather curt man at customer service who advised take it back and I’d get my money back I explained I would not be going shopping again for some time. He then told me to email customer service I’ve done this twice and not heard anything back
Very dissatisfied with the service from such a large company 🙁

Some idiot called me from here didn’t…

Some idiot called me from here didn’t have the right details didn’t know the VRM sounded right dodgy asking all sorts of questions, she then hangs up on me I think it’s a spoof call only to look the number up and find it’s an actual company!!!
Would love to hear any comments from them on this ! Are you now trying to build your business on the “ have you had an accident……”
Totally annoying and scary that a so called legitimate business would be involved in this sort of stuff !!!

After some more research and speaking to first response finance I have reported the company calling themselves “ first response “ and a Manchester phone number which I believe is not the above company but they are using the name , to the ICO and hope they may be able to do something about this

Such bad customer service!!

I cannot believe the incompetence of our national airline!!
We bought return ticket in February for a return to the Philippines
Covid hit and we were stuck there for a month despite our pleas to B A to get us home. Totally useless most of the staff we managed to get on Twitter (seemingly the only way to contact them!)
They do not seem to understand that they are part of the “one world” group where you will often within your ticket be travelling with a partner airline. At one point we were asked whether we could get ourselves to Korea to join a flight🙄🙄🙄🙄
Consequently had to get a “rescue” flight home costing us £1000 each ( usual fare is £500 return ) .
Time and time again we have tried to get BA to resolve this matter for our insurance company . (Although I believe it is BA’s responsibility to return us to where we came from)
They have been very unhelpful and are now telling us we are not even due for a refund.
Totally disgusted with them and felt they were already on a downward spiral and hesitated to use them 🤷‍♀️ Will never again !

Not happy just placed an order and have then found the same item for half the price on Amazon, I usually compare prices too but thought as this was Wowcher it would be a fair price!!

Having worked for this company for over…

Having worked for this company for over 25 years of late I have been sent letters about settling my account despite always paying and usually on time. While on holiday recently and having received my order just before leaving I had numerous emails letters and phonecalls. I complained to my Manager who did not answer my email.
Avon themselves got back to me apologising and saying this would not be happening again
I have now received a most threatening letter despite having already settling my bill. This letter is an actual warning that my account will be passed onto EOS their debt recovery service!!!! and informing me that if this happens I will have a default notice registered on a credit file!!! All this and when I sign into my account I have a nil balance. I am so angry, obviously resigning from this totally inadequate and incompetent company.
