Looks like a Scam

Bought 2 designer bags from them more than a month ago. No confirmation of delivery yet and not able to contact then. The email I sent to the official email address bounced back. It was then I was looking up about this company and came across this site with concerning reviews. I have now asked for a full refund as from the comments I see here, I don't have much hope on the quality of these bags. The advertisement came up on Tik Tok, avoid these people at all cost!!

Frustrating experience

I ordered few items and each item had an issue with the quality or it had a defect or issues with delivery. Some items don't have the option of delivering to a preferred room which is very inconvenient. The delivery drivers also very abrupt. The app is also not functioning properly. Overall a very frustrating experience with them.

From about 6 items, I cancelled all apart from a sideboard and a bed. The sideboard had some chips on the top, so called to report and they gave me the option to return for refund, which I had to arrange or a 30% refund. I went with the 30% refund. The bed I kept, the quality is poor and there is a defect. Can't be bothered to call them about this now due to my previous experience, so going to use it as long as I can and worry about it when I no longer can't use it.

I ended up ordering all my cancelled items via Roseland furniture. Their price ranges were better than Wayfair, quality of the items were good and customer services was brilliant. Even their delivery drivers were very friendly & professional which does make a difference.

Simple to join

They are one of the most competitive providers. Danielle whom I spoke to on my second call was very knowledgeable and patiently explained things to me when I was not sure of certain terminology as I am new to this whole thing. Very happy with the customer services I received from Danielle.

I would have given 5 stars if it was not for the first lady I spoke to. Found her to be quite abrupt and lacked tolerance with the questions I was asking.

Review of Tesco International Calling

Customer services at its best

Had issues with connecting to calls & spoke to an agent yesterday by the name of Chris. I was quite frustrated before I got connected to Chris & was looking to leave the service but Chris customer service changed my mind to carry on with the service. Chris patiently explained why I encountered the issue and guided me with the steps to amend my settings accordingly. The calls now connect and I am able to clearly hear the conversation from the other end. Furthermore, Chris also arranged a call back to check if the setting update had worked.

One of the best customer services I have experienced. Chris is an asset to any organisation & definitely sets the bar high in terms of excellent customer services.

Money making scheme

For about a year this was a good program. After noticed there was hardly anything new to listen to, and some of the talks want download properly. Listening via data will eat up all your data and you don't even realise till you get a thumping bill. Wanted to cancel my subscription and this became very difficult. Mindvalley passes your to Google app, and google app says the money has been transferred to mindvalley so need to contact them. All in all didn't get my refund! Money making scheme!

I was extremely happy with my hair cut…

I was extremely happy with my hair cut last year, better than I expected. So I booked again on 18th Nov at 1.45pm for a good hair cut in time for a wedding. Very very disappointed. My hair was cut by a Director. She was slightly rude. When I showed her the hair cut I wanted she rudely said it's not a hair cut, it's a style. I showed the same picture last year, and the lady replicated the cut as I wanted. I also wanted her opinion she was so unwilling to advice. I am happy with the lady who cut my daughter's hair but very sad about my hair. I paid over £40 for my hair cut and I have to get a cut again now to have what I wanted. Last year I introduced 2 of my friends because of the experience I had but end up telling all my work colleagues about my experience this time. I work in Romford and thought I could come to Rush for my hair cuts. What a disappointment...! Unfortunately the lovely lady who did my hair is no longer.
