My wife's phone went faulty out of guarantee after 30 months, but still inside her three year contract.
We rang 3 customer support who told us to take it to our local 3 shop where they would deal with the repair.
After getting to the store we eventually managed to speak to a member of staff but he refused to accept the phone telling us to get in touch with Samsung, the maker.
This is an absolute lie and NOT what a customer should do. The phone was from 3, still in contract and needs a repair so they should take it although we would have to pay a repair fee.

Following our terrible experience in Burton on Trent store we are advising you to use another provider because if you have a fault out of guarantee there's no way you can be sure of having your issue dealt with - no matter what they tell you on the phone.

This company has a London office registered address, a Carlisle mail forwarding address and is online presence only. I strongly suspect it is East European due to the times I received emails.

The shed was delivered on time, self assembly, and some screws were missing. They did forward me spares a week later so I have given them two stars for that reason.
However if you think you are saving money think about what may happen if things go wrong, with no actual place to go to what would happen if they simply ignored your emails?
AVOID, pay £50 more and use a real retailer where you can complain to - if you need to.

Another excellent delivery from the team. I like the ability to view progress on maps so there's an accurate arrival time - you can literally watch where the van is.

Cracking price, great delivery - with extras if you want them. What more could any customer want?
