I had an issue with a return label. I phoned and the lady I spoke to was a delight and solved the problem straight away.
I got through almost immediately which was great.
My return was processed really fast and my second order arrived in 24 hours…just in time for my holidays… impressive!

The latest price increases pushed our membership beyond our budget, so decided to cancel. I was expecting this to be a real hassle… in reality the opposite was true! Jo Timmis dealt with our request very professionally and without a quibble, also giving us details of other options we requested. Her approach was so refreshing and a refund for January is now safely in my bank account!… should our circumstances change, we’ll definitely be back…
