I had to put star to move on I'm not going to go into everything this was insurance through dfs and paid on the day I reported 26th June for a engineer as i dropped lotion on the wooden part for cups well it's 22nd of October and still waiting constantly emailing them still nothing so don't take out insurance with this company stay clear

I have waited for a new part for my sofa I first emailed the 10th of July its now 30th September and still not repaired i got my sofa quicker than this l had to give 1 star to move on or there would be no stars.

I purchased a jacket no labels on it at all not even washing instructions I have contacted them soon as I took out of bag they are emailing wanting me to take 15% and 20% of they can't take no for a answer it is absolutely cheap rubbish stay clear

Stay clear I have emailed 4 times and had no response the ring I have is to big the second emailed they replied to give me a discount of if I order again why would I want to reorder the same ring in smaller size all I want is a label to send this one back.

Stay clear of this company I had to put a star to move on or it would be -5 I ordered and payed for perfume 8th of December and have heard nothing no emails or confirmation at all. They have until 27th December then the bank deals with it so stay clear.

Well the same as rest no communication at all 5 emails sent tried phoning nothing back still waiting for it to arrive. Contacted bank so hopefully they will get it sorted. The only reason I put one star is because you can't get to move by it.
